Anita J. Day, Executive Director

Day is a co-founder of Outrun the Sun, Inc. During her career, she has served both corporate and nonprofit organizations including the IU School of Medicine, Riley Children’s Foundation, IU Center on Philanthropy, RATIO Architects, Indiana CPA Society, and National Institute for Fitness and Sport. Day is a past board or committee member for several nonprofit organizations including the Arthur Jordan YMCA.  She currently serves on the advisory board for a Purdue University communications program promoting sun safety to high school students.

Martha Runion, Business and Event Coordinator

Runion is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with a degree in business. Prior to residing in Indianapolis, she was president and owner of a successful commercial photography business in North Carolina. She also held administrative posts at Wake Forest University Medical Center.
